ABOUT ME
Hi, Steve here. I'm an MOE trained Ex-School Teacher who has been teaching for more than 25 years. I left my teaching position in MOE School in 2013 and have been a Full-time Tutor since, specializing in Math & Science for both Primary & Secondary School.
Having gone through PSLE with my two children, I fully comprehend the stress and anxiety that parents experience. To me, tuition is not just about teaching. It encompasses working with parents regarding different aspects of their children's lives to ensure success.

Right Perceptions! It's one of the key components in the secret formula for better grades. Our lessons are designed to cultivate students' love for the subjects, restoring faith in their own academic abilities as well as becoming aware of their true potential.

Well designed Resources & Strategies. These impart knowledge & develop students skills, and have an enormous impact on students' ability to handle exam questions. Good old lecture-style lessons & drilling through tons of Exam papers aren't sufficient to achieve fantastic grades.

Working with batches of students for more than 25 years has provided an avenue for me to explore and design different tools, as I seek for the perfect strategy to improve students' grades. Keeping those that are effective and discarding the ineffective ones has resulted in the accumulation of an arsenal of teaching strategies and tools, ranging from Process Skills Development, Experiments for Concept Retention, Thinking Process for Question Analysis and others non-conventional approaches that are relevant to this generation of students brought up with smartphones and augmented reality.

The final component is the commitment of students and parents. There are daily regimes to follow, habits to change, and sacrifices to make. Parents' & Students' commitment are essential in completing the equation for academic success.
